Foodies celebrate – here’s a tour made for you including cooking classes and plenty of opportunities for tasting! We’ve selected two special trips to immerse you in the Indian culture and food scene including:

Royal Cuisine

The Royal Cuisine Food Tour is designed for foodies with a love for travel. We’ll take you to five major Indian cities while exploring Mughlai and Rajasthani cuisine. Along the way, we’ll try recipes, visit major historical and cultural sights, and learn about the diverse variations of food in a country where seasonal vegetables remain the base for food culture.

Our tour will focus on two primary cuisines, Mughlai and Rajasthani. Mughlai food is a fusion of central Asian cuisines that came to be during the reign of Mughal Empire. It represents the dominate food culture of North India, especially Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. Rajasthani cuisine is influenced by the aridness of this desert region. Scarcity of water and fresh green vegetables is visible in the dairy and spice rich Rajasthani cuisine.
